Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Proprio Calm mobile app. Proprio Calm does not collect your data. No account, no login, and no server receives what you enter. Everything you save stays only on your device — we never see it, and we do not ask for your child’s name or date of birth. No ads, analytics, or tracking.

Who it’s for
Built for adults — parents, guardians, and caregivers of children aged roughly 3–5. Children do not use the app or enter information themselves.
What we never collect
We do not collect or receive:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or address — unless you email us
- Your child’s name, age, or date of birth
- Photos, videos, or audio
- Saved observations or activity responses
- Location, device ID, IP address, contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, camera, or health data
- Advertising, analytics, or crash-tracking data
What stays on your device
Your saved observations, activity responses, timestamps, and language setting remain only on your device. They are not sent to our servers, and we cannot read them.
Two exceptions
Your own backups: if iCloud or device backup is enabled, your data may be included. This is controlled by your device settings, not by us.
Emails you send us: if you contact us, we receive your email address and message solely to reply. Please do not include your child’s name or health information.
Apple’s role
Apple independently collects its standard App Store statistics. We do not receive identifiable data from Apple.
No tracking or ads
We do not track you across apps or the web, and we do not show advertising.
Security
Your saved observations are protected by your device’s own security, such as its passcode and encryption. We have no server database of observations to access or breach.
Deletion
Delete the app and its local data is deleted, except for any backup you made yourself. Support emails are kept for up to one month, then deleted.
Your rights
Because we do not hold your observation data, it remains under your control on your device. You can review it in the app or remove it by deleting the app and its local data.
Not a medical service
The app does not diagnose or score your child. It supports your own observations. For real concerns, consult a doctor or therapist.
Changes
If data handling ever changes, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Changes will never apply retroactively.
